Division
Fee
U18 $18 per rider inclusive of the weekend + NQ Games Fee $33 (Inc GST)
18+ $30 per rider, inclusive of the weekend + NQ Games Fee $33 (Inc GST)
Membership
All riders must be a member of the Herberton Horse Sports Club.
YearlySingle Membership $25
YearlyFamily Membership $50
Weekend Membership $10 per person (This is available for NQ Games weekend only)
All riders, including weekend members, need to sign a waiver to ride. Membership payment details are on the forms. Form, waiver and copy of receipt emailed to herbertonhorsesports@gmail.com

Horse Health Declaration
Horse Health Declaration forms must be completed and delivered to the Office on arrival. Download the declaration here.
Camping
There is camping available at a fee of $5 per night/per camp.
Venue Rules
Tepon Equestrian Park is a strict GLASS-FREE ZONE, with no exceptions.
All manure and hay are to be picked up and placed in Manure Bins (not under trees).
Campfires are only permitted in fire bins provided.
Limited stalls are available – no reserving – first in, best dressed.
Keep horse yards to a reasonable size.
Limited power outlets – first in, best dressed.
