2022

COVID-19 shut down the world mere weeks before the 2020 NQ Games were to take place. After a period of regrouping, all stakeholders settled on a postponed Townsville Games to 2022.

With 42 sports and approximately 4500 competitors, the 2022 edition of The NQ Games was a show of force; competition was back after COVID.

NQSF engaged Tori West for it’s marketing and social media needs in the leadup to the 2022 NQ Games; Tori was a Townsville athlete who would later go on to represent Australia at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games in the Heptathlon.

NRL Legend Matty Bowen was the NQ Games Ambassador
